Akkerman Fortress

This tourist attraction will become a paradise for those who are fond of history. Akkerman Fortress was built in XIII–XV centuries and served for town protection from different enemies who aimed to conquer the place. The fortress is situated on the remains of Tira – one of the ancient cities. It is well preserved and is opened for visitors all the year round. Medieval jousts are also very popular in Akkerman. Fans of those performances gather in the fortress every spring and summer.

Zatoka and Gribovka

There are two more well-known resorts of Odessa region – villages Zatoka and Gribovka. They are full of tourists every summer.
