The founder of One Planet wanted to create country's first fully vegan restaurant where exceptionally vegetable origin food will be tasty and inexpensive. The name also reminds that the earth is a common home for everyone and the animals have the same rights for life and liberty as the humans do.
This new place in Kiev was created in collaboration with already popular Vegano Hooligano project, which has its own point with only vegan street food in Bessarabsky market, delivery service, cooking school and is currently preparing the first festival of vegan food and lifestyle in Ukraine.
One Planet menu was developed by Vegano Hooligano Chef, so here you can also find the famous brand falafel.

The menu also contains broccoli and spinach cream soup with almond milk and cashew sauce, salad with quinoa, Vegano Hooligano burger Vegano Hooligano green bun, hummus. The special offer for lunch with a large portion of hummus with falafel, vegetables and herbs will be incorporated into the menu soon.

Of course the menu will be changing and complemented ‘cruelty-free’ desserts, prepared using superfood (for example, chia seeds). One Planet also serves vitamin tea, coffee, fresh juices and homemade drinks.

The large open kitchen, surrounded by small tables, is located in main spacious room and the vitamin bar can be found closer to the entrance. The owners promise to work more on the interior with adding some interesting details and green plants. One Planet has also organized a mini library with books in Ukrainian and English, where the book-crossing will function soon.
