With local gastro scene booming, Kyiv city dwellers became hard to impress with any new restaurant or bar popping up in the capital of Ukraine these days. To solve this conundrum, the owner of newly opened Dusha («Soul» in Ukrainian) Cocktail Espresso came up with an interesting idea of merging several popular dining and bar concepts to offer an interesting and fresh solution for enjoying food, drinks and unique atmosphere in one place.

In the morning Dusha is a perfect place to enjoy you healthy sumptuous breakfast, later the place evolves into atmospheric trattoria-restaurant to have a delicious lunch or dinner with evening transforming the space into a cozy bar with subtle lights, relaxing music tunes and exceptionally well mixed cocktails.

The interior design of the place is an interesting take on boho chic mixed with authentic Renaissance Italian interiors. Here guests will see intriguing wall frescos imitating Sandro Botticelli «Spring» and «The Birth of Aphrodite» art pieces. The Italian renaissance details collide with ultra-modern furniture and the rest of the interior items offering a complex fusion of styles and textures. Despite all the contrast layering the place makes a perfect setting for dining and enjoying cocktails.

The food at Dusha is simple yet delicious and it represents European cuisine. The Chef offers an interesting Italian touch to all the dishes. Many visitors will be pleasantly surprised with the special food combinations and popular dish interpretations. Breakfasts are served from 8 AM till noon and Saturday and Sunday are all-day-breakfast days.

The bar offers 12 signature cocktails specially created and mixed for Dusha by Kyiv expert mixologist. Dusha also boasts the collection of fine rums. Barmen will eagerly tell you all about drinks they mix and serve will help to make the right choice when ordering a drink.
