Andrey Makarevich and YO5 Jazz Project in Kyiv

On April 27, the legendary Andrey Makarevich and Mashina Vremeni band will perform his new jazz project YO5 in 'Atlas' club in Kyiv.

Mashina Vremeni (Time Machine) band’s frontman Andrey Makarevich has been in jazz for more than 15 years. During this period he managed to collaborate with a dozen eminent musicians. In previous projects Makarevich worked with big bands and several vocalists, but now he decided to try something completely opposite. There are only five musicians in Yo5, however they can teach a thing or two to whole orchestras, because every member of the project is a true master.

The YO5 program includes both cult songs of "Mashina Vremeni", as well as compositions from solo projects of its frontman. The presentation of the new program took place in the fall of 2015. As part of the concert tour, musicians visited Sweden, Finland, Germany, Switzerland, Israel, Georgia, Holland and Belgium. However, Makarevich does not plan to stop there and, with enviable persistence, is expanding the geography of the band's fans.
In February 2017 the band has already collected two sold out in concert halls of Kyiv and here again it comes back to Ukraine.
