The second GUSTOÚ hookah bar, which holds twice the number of guests comparing with the first one, has recently opened on the left bank of Kyiv. New Check-In Kyiv bar by famous Kyiv restauranteur Dima Borisov has been recently launched on the first floor of Chicken Kyiv restaurant. This spot is called “secret bar” because visitors can get inside only if they check in some of the social media. Currently the menu offers only cocktails, yet they are worth special attention. Here you can try classic drinks as well as signature cocktails, some of which are dedicated to the history of Kyiv. For example, Khreschatyk cocktail includes chestnut cream and balsamic flower honey; Chicken cocktail has lavender marmalade; 1991 cocktail consists of linden and fennel syrups; Olimpiyskiy cocktail impresses with molecular foam made of rose petals and vanilla; Gorodetskiy cocktail is made with mescal and orange flower essence.

Bursa is a complex uniting Bursa Hotel, Bursa Gallery art space, White Noise café and freshly opened 1818 bar on the roof. The complex is located in the historical building constructed in 1818, which explains the bar`s name. The menu of 1818 bar offers cocktails, wines and champagne, homemade lemonades along with croissants and other appetizing snacks. Sitting on the summer terrace on the fifth floor, guests can observe beautiful panorama of Podil, sipping a glass of good wine.

Frank Wines

Frank Wines is the first wine bar & showroom in Kyiv, where the main focus is made on natural wines that have no additional chemicals in their composition and therefore cannot be considered as a mass market product. The bar is located in a former office room with a large degustation table made of natural wood in the center. Here you can also see shelves and showcases with wine bottles. Currently Frank Wines offers seven wines from different regions of Italy. The next series of wine will come from another country.

The fourth CHARTE bar by Artwinery, the Ukrainian company producing classic sparkling wines, was recently opened in Gulliver shopping mall. You can find other three champagne bars of this network in Ocean Plaza and Lavina malls and in TSUM. In CHARTE bar sparkling wine is served “by the glass” without restaurant margin. Apart from sparkling wines, the bar offers wines from Burgundy and Bordeaux, French cognac, different cocktails and light snacks.
