Winding Kreshchatyk street was undoubtedly made for walking, or, rather, long strolls with pleasant conversations in just as pleasant company. Of course, life doesn't always play out perfectly — on busy days Kreshchatyk with its unique architecture flashes in front of our eyes as we rush to catch a bus or a metro train, at other times it's raining so hard we barely see anything at all and seek for a place to hide. In any case, sometimes we truly need to stop and contemplate the surroundings and ourselves. Sure enough, Bo. Pastry is a right place to do that.

Bo. Pastry was opened in December 2017 and worked in a test mode till mid-January. The owner and Chef, Hector Jimenez-Bravo, drew inspiration from Montreal's culture and multiple trips to France. Conveying unique flavors, textures and aromas was the main goal Hector set for this café. Without a doubt, variety of pastries and their flavors will satisfy even the most spoiled gourmets.
