Hector Jimenez-Bravo NĂM Restaurant in Kyiv

This April one more Pan-Asian restaurant has joined Kyiv’s venues — this time, a Vietnamese cuisine spot NĂM founded by the famous Chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo. Dwellers of the capital have already cherished his Chinese cuisine spot BAO, and now the occasion calls to discover something new. Let’s check it out.

The new NĂM • Modern Vietnamese Cuisine restaurant is a second joint project of Taras and Oksana Serdiuk, the owners of Mafia restaurant chain, and Chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo who has opened a confectionary on Khreshchatyk earlier this year.

Located on Velyka Vasylkivska Street, the fine dining spot is easily accessed by the closest metro stations. The restaurant’s team chose a stylish building as their location and divided NĂM into two zones: the first floor is called Nem & Raw Bar, dedicated to the traditional Vietnamese refreshments, while the second floor hosts the restaurant with a broad range of Vietnamese cuisine dishes.

Hector Jimenez-Bravo was inspired by authentic and timeless dishes of Vietnamese cuisine now available in the menu: a traditional soup Pho with chicken and noodles, Vietnamese crispy spring rolls Nem, and Vietnamese Curry with tiger prawn are one of the many picks offered on the list. Those who want to try something more exotic might be interested in octopus with fruit tartare and Ho Chi dressing served in La lot leaf. Vegetarian and spicy dishes are marked accordingly in the menu, as well as favorite dishes of Hector Jimenez-Bravo.

As for the drinks, the wine map at NĂM has more than 80 wines from different regions of the world. Besides, the chef-bartender of BAO Dmytro Dred developed the cocktail map with classics and specials. The restaurant works in a test mode and offers a 30% discount on every dish.
