Dzembronya

Dzembronya is one of the best places to visit in Ukraine if you want to see something really impressive. This is one of the most beautiful mountain villages in Ukraine. It is located in a hollow, the majestic mountains around are towering. Here you can fully enjoy the unique atmosphere of the Carpathians. Famous writers Vasil Stefanik and Lesya Ukrainka came here to draw strength and inspiration for their work. This place also inspired the famous film director Sergei Paradzhanov to shoot the cult film “Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors”.
Basalt columns
Berestovets village, Rovensk region
The geological reserve “Basalt columns” in the center of the Rivne region is one of the most beautiful holiday destinations in the country and undoubtedly one of the most unique places in Ukraine. Many tourists consider it a place of power. Once the mining of basalt was conducted here, and now you can see the dense rows of columns-polyhedra, striking with monumentality and geometric perfection. This unique "architectural" creation is effectively combined with the lake formed as a result of the flooding of the quarry, as well as the picturesque vegetation around.
Apple tree bush
Krolevets city, Sumska region
This is the only apple tree in the world, growing in the form of a bush. It is one of the "Seven Natural Wonders of Ukraine." A feature of the apple tree (nowhere else known) is its ability to independently root the branches. The branches bow to the ground and take root when one of the trunks dies, so the apple tree prolongs its life. Now there is no initial maternal trunk in this apple tree, it has about 15 stem-branches attached to the earth and occupies an area of about 10 hundred square meters. The estimated age of the apple bush is over 200 years.
Lyadivsky rock monastery

The Lyadivsky cave monastery is also known as Ukrainian Athos. This is the first rock monastery founded by Anthony of Pechersk, the founder of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, as well as the first Christian monastery in this region. Part of the structures was blown up in Soviet times. In 1998, the monastery was restored many shrines were saved. The monastery is interesting not only for its history, but also for its stunning beauty, which makes it one of the must-see places to visit in Ukraine. Visitors should observe traditional formalities in clothes: men should wear trousers, women should wear long skirts and scarves.
Vylkove town

The town of Vilkovo, which is called the capital of the Danube fishermen, is situated in the Odesa region on the border with Romania. It is located on the islands in the river bed of the Danube and in fact stands on the water, like the Italian Venice. As in Venice, the locals mostly use boats as a means of transport. You can ride through the canals of the city by agreeing with local fishermen.
