This Saturday, “Kyiv Virtuosos” with saxophonist Dmytro Bobin will present new program, consisting of the famous jazz hits. The guests will hear such lovely compositions as Summer Samba, Menina Moca, Tea for Two, Diamonds are The Girls Best Friends, Pink Panther and many other. The pleasure of hearing beautiful music will be accompanied by the delight of being surrounded with picturesque greenery of the Botanical garden. Tender aroma of June nature, wonderful melodies and a glass of cold champagne – you will surely love this evening.

This market is dedicated to folk crafts, natural materials and modern products created by Ukrainian masters. The event unites 100 brands that will present their items made using different craft techniques. Embroidery, knitting, plaiting, weaving, woodcarving, pottery – here you will dive into the diverse world of folk arts. The well-known Ukrainian designer and architect Sergiy Makhno will tell about practical art, signature ceramics and Japanese aesthetics of wabi-sabi on the largest balcony of Kyiv, inviting everyone to take part in a public talk. Ethno market will also include specialized ceramics market, presenting 30 brands from different cities of Ukraine.

Flower Power Charity Kurazh Bazar Market

The upcoming Kurazh Bazar market keeps up to hippie style, reviving the free atmosphere of the famous Woodstock fest. This time, the event has charity purpose: the organizers aim to gather UAH 1 500 000 for foundation of inclusive kids` camp and socialization center for children with disabilities. The visitors will be offered to buy boho style clothes from 370 producers, to take part in interesting workshops and to listen to educational lectures. Music fans will enjoy performances of Sunsay and The Shu bands. The kids are welcome to visit play zone with many attractions including ones designed for children with disabilities. The event will also delight guests with colorful art exhibition and large food courts, offering unusual dishes with flowers and refreshing drinks.

International Yoga Day 2018 in Kyiv is a unique festival and grandiose flashmob for healthy lifestyle enthusiasts, dedicated to the world-wide Yoga Day holiday. This event is annually held in Ukrainian capital with the support of India in Ukraine (Embassy of India, Ukraine). The yoga challenge is purposed to unite hundreds of people in different cities of the world that wish to be happy and healthy.

BeLive Fest 2018

The large BeLive festival offers something interesting for everyone. The music part includes three stages: for foreign bands, local artists and electro party with DJs. The headliners list consists of such well-known names as Jamiroquai, Everything Everything and Hurts. The visitors will also hear performances of Laud, Alina Pash, Braii, LAYAH, The Erised, Royce, Indytronics, Mountain Breeze, Kazka, Dilemma, Very the Jery, Wavy Dem and other. Apart from music, the program of the fest offers stand-up comedy show, street food, events related to cinema, art, sports, blogging and fashion. Kids are invited to have fun at the special play area.

Some good news for those who love techno music and underground parties. On this weekend, Plivka club hosts techno event Mesivo featuring rave masters from Kyiv, Moscow and Tel Aviv. The clubbers will dance to the energizing sets of Pharaoh & Yogg project and Anna Haleta from Israel, Sariim from Russia (who is well-known for his “dark” image), Diletant from M.F.F soundsystem. The local stage will be represented by Alex Savage from Progressive Future, Nastya Muravyova, Vladimir Gnatenko (PF) and Mitya Kardash.
