— Hello dear guests! Thank you for agreeing to give an interview and tell us in detail about MediaCoin and, in particular, about the Leadership Academy project!

 

Denys, please tell us what MediaCoin does, and what are your responsibilities in the company?

 

— Hello everyone! The MediaCoin company is popularizing cryptocurrency, teaching people about crypto and making money on it, while allowing people to unite and be closer to their idols through the NFT world and metaverses.

 

I am a marketing director in a company and also one of the company's traders. I am responsible for the money to work properly, to multiply; for all marketing, for promoting the company around the world.

 

— Please, tell us how MediaCoin differs from other investment companies, and what is the peculiarity of the Leadership Academy project?

 

— MediaCoin differs: firstly, we are the first to connect network marketing, NFTs and metaverses. Secondly, we place great emphasis on products. In just six months, we already have our own NFT market place, a regular market place where our users receive discounts. We also have the first version of the metaverse coming out in the next month, where people will already be able to use it, and very soon there will be a crypto wallet.

 

Moreover, we pay great attention to training. At master classes we teach: what is cryptocurrency, how to make money on it, what is NFT and metaverses; so the person who decides to work with us is conscious. Plus, we have an amazing Leadership Academy, for which Isaac Pintosevich is responsible for. Thanks to him, people who come to the platform not only study in the world of cryptocurrency, but also in the world of awareness. Also, Sergey Sevastyan, the CEO of the company and I, will launch crypto training in the next month, and each user will still have the crypto training.

 

— Denys, how did you get the idea to create the Leadership Academy?

 

— The idea to create the Leadership Academy came quite simply because I have been working in network marketing for more than 7 years. I always focus on teaching people, as I have taught over 4,000 people how to trade. I understand that the most important thing in life is learning. If a person has knowledge, and then he/she starts to act, he will 100% get the result. And most importantly, he/she will make fewer mistakes, so we go the way of teaching people.

 

— What is the maximum number of calls and meetings you had per day? And on average, how many calls and meetings do you have per day?

 

— Every day I have a different number of meetings and phone calls. My record, in my opinion, for the day is about 17-19 meetings and Zoom meetings. It wasn't long ago. There are very busy days, there are less. It seems that we have such a sphere that we ourselves can choose when we work, but sometimes we have to work more. At the same time, each person understands that, ideally, it is important to work according to the principle: first you work 80%, get 20% of the result, and then you work 20% and get 80% of the result. This is exactly what can be done in this business. The most important thing in the beginning is not to give up, but to act as much as possible!

 

— Isaac, please tell us why you agreed to take part in this project and what prospects you saw?

 

— Firstly, today cryptocurrency, NFTs and metaverses are new, growing spheres. We need to be innovative. The new is where you need to be, if you want to develop and grow, you definitely need to be with those who are ahead, in the forefront. Therefore, I decided to start collaborating with MediaCoin.

 

Secondly, the most important thing in projects is the team. MediaCoin has a team of incredibly energetic and ambitious people. I always like to be with such people and work. This is the key to success. The ambition and energy of leaders, plus the professionalism of the team they bring in, ensure results in projects. — Denys, why did you invite Isaac Pintosevich as the main speaker and expert for leaders?

— Isaac, please, tell us about your colossal experience in the field of coaching and training?

 

I have been working in the field of education since 2006. Initially, I was a corporate trainer, taught companies such as Visa, MasterCard, Deloitte, Procter & Gamble, the world's largest corporations, taught my methods, which I personally invented. After that, I created my own unique style of coaching called “The New Coaching Code”. I also created Isaac Pintosevich Systems, which was one of the most successful companies in the post-Soviet space, which I later sold. Over 100,000 of my students have organized IPACT. And I headed it, I am the president of this association. This non-profit organization helps coaches, trainers to work qualitily so that the market receives the best training services. — Isaac, we know that at the end of May 2022 you was a speaker at the MediaCoin Event Leadership Academy, please, tell us how this event went, and what successes did you see in the life of the participants after the event?

 

— Live events are the culmination, a unique experience that is only possible offline. In the online trainings of the Leadership Academy, participants learn every day in microdoses, every day they change themselves a little bit, and at a leadership live event, a transformation takes place, a transition to a qualitatively new level. We have seen this with leaders. The main training was the “Professional speaker” training, after which, those who spoke with difficulty cannot then leave the stage, so they wanted to speak, and those who performed well, have become masters who can change the minds of their listeners and influence strongly! In addition, at the live event, we use a format called mastermind groups. We connect leaders into teams of 6 people, and in these teams they help each other, brainstorm on how to improve projects, which gives incredible results. Synergy, 1 plus 1, equals 11. These are media universes where people will dance and learn and sing, and media personalities will be involved there, our own crypto wallet, which will be released at the end of July — at the beginning of August, where people will be able to store cryptocurrency, transfer it, they do not need to use other services, most importantly they will be able to exchange cryptocurrency for euros inside our wallet, order our card and be able to pay with it.

 

Also in the summer we will have a launchpad, and in the fall we will have an exchange. In just one year (we will have a birthday in November), we will build all the products that are in the crypto industry today. Then we will update products, add something new, give more and more opportunities to our participants.

 

— Isaac, what would you wish to a reader who wants to change his/her life and improve the leadership skills?

 

If you are a leader, then you must go where the leaders gather. If you want to be a leader and achieve a goal, you must connect with those people who achieve. With whom you are, from these people, you will learn. This is a very important law, which incredibly clearly reflects the essence. If you want to be a leader and achieve big goals, go where they gather. Connect and work with the best you can in MediaCoin and the Leadership Academy.
