The restaurant’s guests are offered a menu of Japanese cuisine with Peruvian accents presented by the chef Alexander Alfimov, who recently returned from Hong Kong where he studied gastronomy of Virgillio Martinez Veliz, the one of the most famous chefs with impeccable culinary style.

The Cocktail Card in the bar of the restaurant is presented by special mixes and unusual ingredients inspired by the bar menu of ICHU restaurant in Hong Kong. Ukrainian chef-bartender Oleg Yakobenko presents his own vision of drinks with the use of special secret ingredients and the preservation of the natural taste.
