Each floor of the two-story DOORS restaurant serves a unique purpose. The first floor hosts the restaurant of a special cuisine - the result of the cooperation of restaurateurs from Odesa and Tbilisi. The menu is filled with dishes from Odesa, Georgian and European cuisines. Each dish is re-invented by the restaurant's chef Levani Kobiashvili.
Visitors can try the famous Odesa classics like Vorschmack, Tzimmes and rapa whelk in cream or tomato sauce with garlic. Seafood is well-represented in the menu, which is quite typical for Odesa: you will find Ceviche with shrimps and chili, Rotterdam herring with lemon sorbet, salmon served with beet risotto as well as the fresh catch of the day. Dishes prepared with Josper are represented in a separate section on the menu, which includes Chateaubriand, Ribeye, T-Bone steaks, rack of lamb, and vegetables.
The first floor of the restaurant is also notable for its unique city vibe: black-and-white movie showings, as well as jazz and blues music. Guests often come here to enjoy a dinner night and listen to live music. The ground floor of DOORS restaurant is a wine cellar with the capacity of 9000 bottles. Each Sunday, the cellar hosts wine degustations led by a sommelier that shares the secrets of each bottle. The degustations give a chance to try wines you otherwise rarely will find in Ukraine.
DOORS is child-friendly: kids are entertained by animators and teachers during the events in a separate room. Besides, the restaurant hosts workshops for children aged 5-12. The restaurant has a VIP-room for banquet parties, karaoke and smoking cigars. DOORS also has its own parking.
