Port Wine Bar
The iconic Port wine bar in Odesa is no longer limited to the Black Sea coast — now you can also find it in Lviv. The spot specializes on a classical duo of wine and mussels. While vintage wines aren’t available on the menu, Port offers a selection of young fruity wines served in traditional marine glasses. You can order to-go or chill out in the bar. The new Lviv bar also has a popular system of pending wine: you pay in advance as an act of charity and have a chance to get a free glass as well.

Zelenyy Zmiy
Gastropub Zelenyy Zmiy refers to the ancient Slavic idiom «Green Snake» that used to mean alcohol. The spot is located right near the Lviv Opera House in the Old City district. The menu includes various dishes from Galician cuisine like fliačky with sour cream and garlic, pickled herring or sweet waffle cake called andruty. As for the alcohol served at Zelenyy Zmiy, it’s safe to say some items are simply unique: for instance, homemade liquors navylkas made from mugwort, basil, lime and mint. Moreover, you can also order 70% absinth to commemorate the traditions.

Garage 04
One more pub located near the Lviv Opera House, Garage 04 provides a simple formula for the classic pub experience: quality beer, delicious snacks and regular transmission of football matches. Visitors have pointed out traditional Ukrainian salo, baked potatoes and plates to beer as notable picks.
Besides, Garage 04 also introduced a business lunch offer: a three-course meal for UAH 65 from 12 to 4 P.M. on weekdays. The set of dishes changes daily and includes among other things, varenyky, crêpes with chicken and pasta Bolognese. Bread and preferred drink are also served with business lunch.

MolodoZeleno
MolodoZeleno found its home in a quiet city area. The pub can be reached by a 20-minute walk from the High Castle, making it a great option to finish the day with extensive sightseeing. Interior and the open-air summer terrace boast the abundance of greenery, a stylish mix of concrete and wood reminding of a loft.
The menu is heavily focused on meat with special steaks made on an Argentine grill. To top the meal, MolodoZeleno offers three exclusive types of beer you won’t find anywhere else opposed to the mass-market brands. On Fridays and weekends, guests can indulge in live music by Lviv DJs.

Dr.Ink Food & Drink
While Dr.Ink has been operating for almost half a year, it’s still one of the bars in Lviv that only recently started gaining massive popularity. This place might interest the bookworms and literature lovers: after all, portraits of famous writers like Hemingway, Remarque and London are painted on the walls of the bar.
The theme is reflected in the menu as well: guests are offered solid drinks like whiskey, rum and calvados to pay respect to the famous writers and their characters. Apart from a large assortment of spirits, Dr.Ink has a list of 10 cocktails. To name but a few picks from the menu, black burger and Duck confit are among delicious dishes to top the beverages.
