UIA announced the tickets sales from Ukraine to the capital of Iceland, Reykjavik, with convenient connections in European cities.
Iceland is famous for its nature - here you can see volcanoes, glaciers, geysers, waterfalls and black sand beaches. Flights from Kyiv to Reykjavik are possible with one dock lasting 1-3 hours through Helsinki, Copenhagen, Munich or Frankfurt. UIA performs the first segment, Icelandair performs the second segment.
Tickets are issued on a single form, so that airlines are responsible for the disruption of the connection and must reissue the ticket if the passenger is late for the next flight.
UIA has introduced promotional tariffs for direct flights from Kyiv to Asian cities, which are operated on Boeing 767 and Boeing 777 aircrafts.
Kyiv-Delhi flights are available at a price of UAH 12,700 (return tickets), Kyiv-Beijing return air tickets are sold from UAH 14,000 UAH, and Kyiv-Bangkok - at a price of UAH 14,100 round-trip.
Ryanair opened the sale of tickets for previously announced Kyiv-Madrid flights, which will start on October 27, 2019. The minimum price of air travel starts from 66.29 euros one way at the Standard tariff, which includes the transportation of only one small item of hand luggage.
Plus tariff ticket with included baggage up to 20 kg in baggage, seat selection and extended carry-on rate will cost at least € 105.45 one way. Kyiv-Madrid flights will be operated four times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Travel time is about 4 hours.
Madrid will be the second Spanish destination of Ryanair from Kyiv. In 2018, it started flights from the Ukrainian capital to Barcelona.
April 17, 2019 Alitalia announces the launch of three new flights from Rome to the cities of Sardinia - Cagliari, Alghero and Olbia, which are connected to the flights of Kyiv-Rome Airlines.
The published schedule provides that the transfer time at Rome Fiumicino airport will be 2-2.5 hours in both directions. Passengers will pass a passport control in Rome, while their baggage is checked in to the final point of the route.
Starting from March 31, Wizz Air will increase the number of flights to Lviv by one third - from 23 to 31 per week - without increasing the number of routes. This will occur due to an increase in the number of flights on existing routes.
In particular, the number of flights on Lviv-Gdansk and Lviv-Berlin routes will increase from two in the winter season to four per week in the summer season, on the routes Lviv-Bratislava and Lviv-Dortmund - from two to three per week, on the Lviv-Wroclaw line - from three to five per week.
Also, Wizz Air will operate previously announced flights to Katowice and London (three times a week), as well as to Copenhagen, Vilnius and Frankfurt-Hahn (two times a week).
AirBaltic has launched a large sale of air tickets throughout its entire route network, including Kyiv, Lviv and Odessa.
Tickets from Ukraine are available at a price of 55 euros one way, including fees and transportation of hand luggage up to 8 kg. Among the promotional directions are direct flights Kyiv-Riga, Lviv-Riga and Odessa-Riga, as well as options with a transfer in the capital of Latvia.

SkyUp low-cost airline announced the rules of transporting pets on their flights.
The aircraft company allows passengers to take on board only cats and dogs. The conditions of their transportation depend on the weight and dimensions of the animal, along with a portable container.
If the pet with the cage weighs no more than 7 kg, and the size of the cage does not exceed 55x40x20 cm, then the passenger can take it with him/her to the cabin. In this case the fee for transportation will be 40 euros.
If the dimensions of the container and the weight of the animal exceed the specified parameters, the pet can be transported only in the luggage compartment of the aircraft. At the same time, the total weight of an animal with a cage should not exceed 32 kg. In this case, the freight charge will be 80 euros. You can pay it at the check-in counter at the airport.
