New Rojo Ojo restaurant occupies a three-story building in the Obolon district in Kiev. The interior design was approached with a great care, all the elements were created exclusively on request: aged countertops, designer tables and chairs of diverse forms, Unique wooden floor and original decorations.

The central point of the first level is, of course, the open kitchen. If you are curious enough, it will be a nice experience to take a seat at the kitchen counter to be able not only to observe the preparation of your meals, but also to communicate with people in chef jackets.

On the second floor, there is a bar with a cozy lounge area and a few tables on the podium. And, finally, the gem of Rojo Ojo is the summer rooftop! Everyone would agree that the night sky, stars, fine dinner and a cocktail are clearly a win-win combination.
Rojo Ojo is the restaurant of adapted Mexican and Latin American cuisine. Masterly generating ideas on the go while cooking, brand Chef Evgeniy Klopotenko (the winner of Ukrainian Master Chef 5) has developed an original and interesting menu for the restaurant. Evgeniy says that the guests should not look out for Mexican food, because the spices are always correctly dosed. Rojo Ojo is offering its guests the quesadilla with three kinds of cheese, sweet corn and spicy salsa along with tacos with beef, mozzarella cheese, cheddar and gouda for the snacks. As an addition, you can choose from as a classical and guacamole sauce with sour cream and herbs.

The best Kiev’s bartenders are actively inventing a large cocktail menu, which will consist of classic drinks and thematic variations. They plan to use fresh fruits and berries along with own homemade syrups and jams. Among the wide range of cocktails pay attention to Sbagliato Negroni, Basil Smash based on gin, Whisky Sour and, surely, the classic Daiquiri, the favorite drink of John F. Kennedy and Ernest Hemingway.
