A healthy alternative to street food has recently appeared in the building of Bessarabsky Market. The new fresh salad bar, which is called Latuck (Lettuce), offers a large variety of ingredients that you can put together to create your own salad or order one of the existing options. In addition, here you can eat freshly prepared pasta, soup and dessert.

The peculiarity of the new place is that the guests can regulate the serving size by themselves. There are standard salad portions of 100, 300 and 500 grams, but 200 and a 400 gram servings can also be ordered. The price is written per 100 grams (in case of pasta - 150 grams) and ranges from UAH 20 to 30. For those who want to compose their own variation of salad, Latuck offers a large variety of herbs, vegetables, seafood, meat and dairy products, six kinds of sauces and a dozen other ingredients to choose from.

Furthermore, on Latuck’s menu there are six kinds of pasta, soups, hot and cold drinks, fresh juices and desserts. The ingredients are mixed with the dressing in a special bowl so that they soak in the sauce well.

From 12pm until 3pm, Latuck serves several options of lunch menus at very reasonable prices. For example, you can eat a large salad, soup and fresh juice for UAH 80 or a set of four courses (soup, pasta, salad and fresh juice) for UAH 120.
