Sirius Animal Shelter finds fun ways to raise money while increasing awareness about stray dogs and cats issues in Kyiv. Its recent fundraiser was exceptionally creative and fun. Sirius asked Kyiv citizens to bring the bed sheets they desperately need at the shelter on daily basis and get a cool photos from a professional photographer as a reward. The event turned out to be a huge success. For three hours that the event lasted, over one hundred people donated numerous bed sheets, pet food and the amount of over UAH 4000. All visitors had a chance to buy cute souvenirs created by various Kyiv designers specifically for Sirius Shelter souvenir shop and became part of fun photoshooting by talented photographer Evgeniya Drach.Sirius is planning to organize other events and fundraisers to support all the animals that live at the shelter.
