The award was founded by Ukrainian Fashion Week and fashion editorial «ZEFIR". Since its launch in 2010, the award turned into a major fashion event of the year. Experts say, Best Fashion Awards Ukraine is an Oscar in the field of Ukrainian fashion. In 2016 the event aims at even higher standards of organization. All the attendants will have a chance to learn more about current Ukrainian fashion and style through the number of themed exhibitions, workshops and lectures.

The main goal of Best Fashion Awards is to discover, present and promote young talents in Ukrainian fashion; to help them rise in national and international fashion community; to note achievements of fashion designers in the development of fashion, creation of fashion industry and maintaining of Ukraine's positive image abroad.
Award is also aimed at enhancing the authority of Ukrainian designers in the country and inspiration for creative and professional growth.

Best Fashion Award event is held every year. It observes and evaluates collections of the two recent fashion seasons. The winners of the awards are voted by a specially assigned group of experts consisting of fashion journalists, fashion critics, buyers and leaders of public thought.
