You may be experiencing some kind of Déjà vu looking at the address and exterior of newly opened KITAI restaurant in Kyiv. The premises on 29A, Chernovola street used to house TEPLO restaurant just months ago. Despite the interior of the place has undergone minimal re-do, the newly added oriental touches in its design turned KITAI into genuine democratic Pan-Asian cuisine restaurant. The interior design and menu for KITAI was created under supervision of Dima Borisov, the owner and the chef of the chain of restaurants in Ukraine. He created the democratic restaurant concept where one goes to savor gourmet food and not to simply for showing off and posing.

KITAI is a restaurant that knows a thing or two about Asian food in Kyiv. Not only serving up a roster of creative and authentic Chinese and Thai plates, there's dim sum and pretty decent cocktail menu to boot.
