For the first event in the new season TUCC returns to the wonderful Restaurant Concord where we will dine on their roof top terrace overlooking central Kyiv.
On the 25th of May starting at 19.00 Connoisseurs will judge the restaurant in various criteria. At regular events the members are required to fill in a questionnaire on every aspect of the dining experience; from initial reception, the food, wine and service to the final cup of coffee. On each criteria scores are given out of 5 and the composite score from a compilation of questions determine the restaurant star status just like fine cognac. Less than 4 points - no stars, 4.0 to 4.2– one star, 4.3 – 4.6 – three stars, 4.7 or more – five stars.
