While old and reliable spots won't go anywhere, it might be good to try something yet unseen. Destinations caught up with the latest openings and made a small guide on the new fine dining spots in Kyiv.

The popular coffee chain Розумна Кава opened a new spot in the downtown for the busiest people of this city. Founders of the place Mitia Yatim and Andrii Peliukhovskyi decided to broaden the city’s coffee map, adding coffee spots in the center, as well as faraway from the general rush — for instance, on Petrivka. Розумна Кава is known for the special care and reliability of baristas preparing any type of coffee. Here guests will find refined classics along with popular contemporary choices. Lavender latte and the latest trend — salted caramel coffee are among the most popular picks.

This restaurant located not far from Lvivska square is a paradise for lovers of Georgian cuisine. Here, chefs use only good old traditional recipes, tested by generations. All the classic dishes from Georgian cuisine are available here: cheese-filled bread khachapuri, spicy kharcho soup, popular snack pkhali, bean-filled bread lobiani, chicken in garlic cream sauce Chkmeruli, spicy beef stew Chashushuli and Odzhahuri — veal and potatoes baked in oven. But the pride and main quirk of the restaurant are khinkali, spicy meat-stuffed dumplings, cooked by the traditional recipe.
