Massimo Bottura is the Chef and owner of Osteria Francescana (3 Michelin stars) in the Italian city of Modena (2nd place in the ranking of The World's 50 Best Restaurants). Alain Ducasse calls him one of the best contemporary chefs.
Massimo Bottura comes to Kiev with his sous-chef and team assistants to treat Kiev crowd with a gastronomic dinner of eight original dishes. All the ingredients for the dinner will be delivered from Modena to guarantee the best quality and authentic taste of the food.

Massimo Bottura has a masterful command of both classical techniques and innovative technologies. His cuisine is called a modern Italian cuisine, but, above all, it is dedicated to Massimo’s native land Emilia-Romagna. Regional gastronomic traditions are reviled in a complete way in Osteria Francescana’s menu by using bold ideas and avant-garde techniques. Bottura, the representative of a new generation of Italian chefs, is not afraid to be against the rules reinterpreting the ancient recipes and revealing the taste of traditional Italian products in a completely new way.
Osteria Francescana exists since 1995, and all the while Massimo creates and perfects true art objects. It is hard to call them elsewise not least because the chef himself not simply collects contemporary art, but also constantly refers to it in his works. In 2012, Osteria Francescana was awarded the third Michelin star. Over the past ten years, the restaurant continues to climb in the ranking of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants and now it is ranked second.
In 2015, Michael Don, the co-owner of Mirovaya Karta, visited Osteria Francescana, where he met with Massimo Bottura and invited him to Kiev. Massimo heartily accepted the invitation and was inspired with the idea to come to Ukraine.

Thus, in the year of the 20th anniversary of Mirovaya Karta, the chef of the famous restaurant with a 20-year history will arrive in Kiev and on April 7, 2016 to conduct a Gastronomic Dinner at Lipsky Osobnyak.
