Bombay Sapphire is officially titled with famous gin brand name. Despite the Indian name, it is manufactured in England, but since the Indians revere gin no less than the British, it was decided to add some hot Oriental flavor to the cocktail card, which is a kind of a guide to the Asian countries, adjusted to local tastes and preferences.
18 out of total 24 cocktail menu items are an original interpretation of the well-known classics. Each cocktail refers to a particular region of Asia: Goa, India Center, Japan, Thailand or China.
