The restaurant presents Mediterranean and Italian cuisine and the very special collection of wines. Bassano’s territory is divided into three zones: restaurant hall, confectionery and bakery lounge and summer terrace.

The restaurant is named after Bassano del Grappa - a small but significant in the gastronomic sense town in northern Italy. It gathers gourmets from all over the world thanks to its famous white asparagus and excellent grappa. Bassano is very hospitable. One hundred and thirty guests can be accommodated over here. Restaurant’s space can be easily transformed: sliding glass wall could turn part of the hall into a separate room for banquets or business meetings.

The interior of the restaurant was designed and manufactured in Italy and afterwards was delivered and assembled in Kyiv by the Italians. The walls decorated with live moss make the interior fresh and natural. A large round table for 12 people is the best offer for big families and big groups.
The restaurant opens at noon and runs until the last customer is served. The menu is of Mediterranean cuisine. Apart from the main menu the chef develops special seasonal cards. For example, annually in April and May Bassano restaurant offers its guests white asparagus season like it is done in Italian Bassano del Grappa.

The restaurant pays special attention to wine. Ruslan Barannik, Bassano sommelier, is the winner of "2015 Best Sommelier of Ukraine". “We have tried to create truly unique wine card over here offering a variety of delicious items that could not be found anywhere else in Ukraine. We offer the best wine from Italy but the focus is on producers whom we know for a long time. Merotto is one of them. It is located in Veneto region and supplies us incredibly delicious Prosecco.”
