According to the classics of Turkish cuisine, bread and meat are equally important parts of the diet. Baked goods are present in breakfast options, as well as in light snacks. One of the place's specials is so-called "Turkish pizza": pide, a juicy boat-shaped dish with meat, cheese and vegetables, and Lahmajoun, a thin piece of dough sprinkled with minced meat, herbs and spices.
Classical meat dishes are present on the menu in a separate section. A hot pick that is also a great choice for the first-timers is Alinazik kebab - marinated grilled mutton with yogurt with baked eggplant, served with bread. Naturally, the famous Turkish delights from baklava with pistachios to semolina halva with pine nuts and ice cream didn't escape the chef's attention as well.
