‘Pearls of German Music’ Concert in Kyiv

The concert is performed by the new symphony orchestra «GOLDEN GATE OF KYIV» under direction of the Swiss conductor Silvio Wyler in the last day of spring 2017.

The new symphony orchestra «GOLDEN GATE OF KYIV» was created 2012 upon an initiative of Swiss conductor Silvio Wyler (Sankt Gallen) who is well-known in Europe, and under auspices of the Embassy of Switzerland to Ukraine.
The orchestra performed in such venues as: «Ukrainian House», Summer outdoor venues, Big recording studio of the Ukrainian radio etc.
Silvio Wyler was born in the Swiss city of Sankt Gallen, where he studied classical saxophone and composition. But his dream to become a conductor forced Silvio to continue his education in London where he did an internship with the prominent English conductor professor William Brohn, and studied playing violin, fagotto, horn and clarinet.
He finished his musical education as conductor in Bucharest under direction of the famous conductor and professor Dimitrie Soreanu. Maestro’s repertoire includes symphonies, operas, modern symphonic jazz programs. Silvio Wyler performs successfully in Europe and in America. The audience applauded him many times in Switzerland, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania and Germany.
