Imagination, genre variety, shocking plots, unexpected upshots, brevity, brilliant actor game, visual sophistication, authorial style – all these are the distinguishing features of the New Vision International Film Festival program. Each year festival presents a competition, during which the audience chooses the winners of different nominations by means of an independent voting.
New, exclusive, unforgettable modern, expressive short films are waiting for the festival’s guests. Some of the directors will be present at their movies’ presentations to enrich the program and make the even more interesting for the spectator. Viewers will be able to talk with them after the shows.

The festival is held with the support of the embassies of Austria, Azerbaijan, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Finland, Poland and Slovakia. The festival will take place in the cinema ‘Zhovten’ with special photo sessions for the guests and participants before the shows.
