New ‘Giselle’ Performance in Kyiv

April 9 and 10, 2016 the grand premiere of a modern version of the ‘Giselle’ ballet by Adolph Adam will take place on the stage of the International Center of Culture and Arts (October Palace). One of the leading contemporary choreographers Radu Poklitaru stages the new ‘Giselle’ performance in Kyiv that promises to be a great show to see.

There is no doubt that this time fans of contemporary theater should reserve the date to see the new vision of the familiar love story of a poor girl to the graph, which causes the death of the unfortunate Giselle, in the interpretation of Kyiv Modern Ballet.
The creation of Kyiv Modern Ballet, lead by Radu Poklitaru, was a great event in the cultural life of the country that opened an opportunity for Ukrainian audience to get acquainted with the world of contemporary choreography. The premiere of the modern version of ‘Giselle’, which will be held in the October Palace in Kyiv, will be accompanied by the Sergiy Efanov photo exhibition, dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Kyiv Modern Ballet.
