Executive chef – Fabrizio Righetti – made an exclusive master class for the guests of this evening, cooking a light starter with salmon and red caviar and a delicious cheesecake dessert without any electric appliances! Everybody was very excited: cooking with candles can be surprising.
It turned out to be very pleasant and creative process. Tasty and simple dishes were prepared in a cozy atmosphere with candles and live music under the direction of a very positive Fabrizzio Righeti and his sous Chef Oksana Garbuza, All guests - adults and kids – were very happy to know something new about cuisine in such romantic atmosphere.
Earth Hour movie, live music, pleasant surprises like alcanna tattoo with panda (symbol of Earth Hour), benefit event and a symbolic fire show at the end of the evening created an unforgettable mood of that evening at Radisson Blu Hotel, Kyiv.
