126 years ago the first Paul bakery was founded by the emigre Francis Holder from Odessa city. His son Maxim is 76 now. Last year he came to Kyiv to open the first Paul bakery in Ukraine. There are 31 bakeries nowadays all over the world. It is a kind of family restaurant with traditional French cuisine and pastry. You can find about 140 types of bread, croissants, tarts, sandwiches, macaroons over there as well as authentic onion soup, escargot and different salads.
