Vehicle requirements in UberBLACK are much higher comparing to standard Uber car service. The car must be able to comfortably carry at least 4 passengers, it must be a luxury sedan (with model/year requirements varying by city), the vehicle must be 2010 or newer, black, and it must have black leather immaculate interior. Drivers tend to be well mannered, professional, and typically "dress to impress». 

When requesting an UberBLACK, you can expect a pickup from cars like Audi A6, Mercedes E-class, BMW X5, Toyota Camry and other vehicles of similar class. Uber limits the number of Black cars that can be active in a market to keep prices and demand high. 
With higher standards come higher prices for the rides. Black rides cost more than twice as much as UberX, XL, and Plus rides.The minimal rate for a single ride with UberBLACK is UAH 130. Requesting a car costs UAH 85 and each kilometer of the route is UAH 10; and it is UAH 1 per minute for waiting time. 

Airport transfers have fixed price, as other Uber services do. The ride to Boryspil airport from the left bank of Dnipro river will cost UAH 450 and the one from the right bank - UAH 650.
