E-CAR HUB II in Radisson Blu Hotel, Kyiv

On June 12th Radisson Blu and Park Inn by Radisson Ukraine together with official importers of electric vehicles in Ukraine organized an E-CAR HUB II in Radisson Blu Hotel, Kyiv.

The event was dedicated to environmentally friendly cars that officially are imported to Ukraine by world's leading automobile companies and to the start of the for “Blu Planet For Meetings” program.
As part of the eco-activities of “Blu Planet For Meetings” program the press, partners and representatives of the automotive business as well as opinion leaders were invited to the new Embassy Ballroom hall to test the new green format of the event and to be aware of the latest news electric cars’ business. There were represented the models of electric BMW i3, Renault Kangoo Z.E. and Hyundai IONIQ Electric.
Thanks to “Blu Planet For Meetings” program every automotive conference or presentation at Radisson Blu transforms into ECO-event for FREE. Blu automatically compensates the carbon footprint of each event within the framework of environmental protection. Together with First Slimate (one of the largest companies in the world with carbon offsets compensation), Radisson Blu transfers funds to environmental projects around the world for each event. The funds are used to repair wells, to purchase of "green" ovens for cooking, as well as to manufacture and supply the biofuels in countries suffering from hunger and drought, including Guatemala, Malawi and India. Therefore, the events in Radisson Blu are 100% successful for guests and for the planet in general.

Experts of "Ukraine AWT Bavaria", JSC "Renault Ukraine" and of "Hyundai Motor Ukraine" described the peculiarities of electric vehicles import in Ukraine and the about electric transport development in the country. The experts talked about E-CAR as a research project, "smart auto" stereotypes and about electric vehicles and safe charging in modern reality.
