The purpose of the project is to draw people`s attention to the urgent need of environment protection. The name of the exposition has double meaning: on the one hand, it is the rhetoric question about the fact that people have gone far beyond all the reasonable limits in development of self-defence weapons; on the other hand, this question presupposes search for solution of this problem. The program of the event includes seminars, puppet theatre performances and workshops. The project is supported by the USA Embassy in Kyiv, American Councils for International Education, American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine in collaboration with Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, StoneLion Puppet Theatre and Project Central organization (the USA).
