About design. Fish&Pussycat Sushi Bar looks like modern fishing hut. A lot of wood, simple design solutions with some cute details like lamps, old-fashioned furniture and accessories make this interior comfortable and cozy.
About food.This new sushi restaurant on Besarabka, opened by the famous and successful restaurateur Igor Sukhomlin, specializes in huge variety of sushi.
In addition to the main Californian sushi, they serve Japanese cuisine, nigiri, rolls, miso soup with wakame and tofu, fried scallops with foie gras and sweet miso, truffle miso soup with foie gras, salmon and langoustine sashimi, sea bass ceviche in mango-juzu sauce, Scottish salmon tartare and pike caviar, grilled avocado, egg and walnut yogurt.
Special dishes are cooked on a josper (indoor grill). Here they prepare a salmon steak in sweet miso and truffle puree, a spicy duck, a steak with asparagus beans.
In the bar list the Japanese and American whiskey are presented, as well as several types of sake, sweet-sour plum liqueur and wines.
