The restaurant functions as a free platform for press-conferences, presentations, lectures or workshops aimed at making Kyiv a better place. The big hall boasts a big city vibe with an open kitchen, bar, take-away fridges and a small bookshop. All furniture in Urban Space 500 is eco-friendly. The concept of the restaurant, as well as its menu, was developed by DRUZI Cafe & Bar, famous for their venues in Kyiv downtown.
The dishes from the main menu are served from noon to 10.45 P.M. throughout the week. Urban Space 500 offers dishes from international cuisines, such as poke bowls, hummus, masala chicken. To dive more into the menu, you will find appetizers and salads section offering hummus with chickpea, carrot and spinach, avocado mousse with edamame beans, baked beet with citrus, feta and yogurt, as well as a cheese plate served with dried figs and mandarin jam.

The main dishes are represented, among other things, by couscous with cherry tomatoes and almonds, poke bowls with rice, avocado and tuna or prawns, avocado and nori, masala chicken served with a salad, sous vide pork with sweet potatoes and broccoli.
Besides, Urban Space 500 serves breakfasts: from 7 A.M. to 1 P.M on Mon-Fri and from 7 A.M. to 2 P.M. on Sat-Sun. Guests can choose an option from a wide variety of dishes: avocado toast with salmon and egg, granola with fruits and Greek yogurt, oatmeal with caramelized banana, avocado sandwich with poached eggs, rice pudding based on coconut milk with mango, Ukrainian syrnyky with vanilla sauce, as well as two types of omelette - with leek and feta cheese or goat cheese and Harissa.

So far the restaurant has two kinds of cream soups - lentil and pumpkin - both based on coconut milk. The desserts include local-bakery products: brownie from 'Veterano Brownie' bakery founded by ATO veterans and cupcakes from 'Good Bread from Good People'.
To talk about the drinks, Urban Space 500 offers non-alcoholic drinks like smoothies, a selection of teas, cocoa, and a wide variety of coffee-based drinks starting from the basic Espresso up to pour-over v60 or unusual flavors like matcha latte or orange cappuccino.

The wine list is represented by sparkling, white, red and rosé from Italy, Portugal, Spain, France and other regions renowned for winemaking. As for the cocktails, Urban Space 500 keeps to the classics - the list is full of your traditional Aperol Spritz, Bloody Mary, Whiskey Sour and Bramble.
