Ukraine has united 15 countries in a unique MALUI.UA project!

MALUI.UA project

An exhibition of the winners of the MALUI.UA (PAINT.UA) International Art Festival took place in May at the Museum-Workshop I.P. Cavaleridze in the historical and artistic center of Kyiv on Andriyivskyi Uzviz.

This wonderful event of cultural diplomacy presents works by artists and sculptors 5-25 years old from 8 countries: Ukraine, Canada, USA, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Armenia and Moldova.

The International Art Festival MALUI.UA is organized by the Association for the Development of International Relations ADRUM and the promotion and production company STUDIORAR under the patronage of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine. General Partner is Windrose Airlines.

Huge festival brought together several hundred festival participants, among whom there are orphans, autists and children with disabilities. 222 young talents reached the final, of which 75 winners were selected by a respected jury from different countries. There were no prohibitions or advantages in the topic or materials. The only requirement was to provide original works, not copies of famous images. Talented artists showed extraordinary abilities, unique vision and vivid imagination. Numerous techniques and materials were used when performing the work: oil, gouache, pencils, watercolor, ballpoint pen, pastel, tempera, ink, liners, ink liner, mixed techniques, tablet, etc. The exposition included paintings, sculptures, icons, batik and bas-reliefs.

The exhibition was visited by many connoisseurs of creativity, including representatives of the embassies of several countries participating in the festival: Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Montenegro to Ukraine Dragica Ponorats, Assistant to the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Ukraine Natalya Fedorenko, Charge d'Affaires of the Republic of Serbia to Ukraine Svetlana Kosutych. New generations bring their vision to elders in the format of international communication, introduces different countries to the culture of each other. A respected international jury that evaluates young talents, identifies and guides future trends in the development of world culture.

To inspire young talents, the jury made gifts for the winners and finalists of the festival: catalogs of their work, calendars and souvenirs - they will travel from country to country, spreading art, strengthening confidence in young artists and inspiring them to new successes. Sincere gratitude to the general partner WINDROSE AIRLINES, who presented the three winners with two air tickets!
