KOVACS
The modern soul diva and model Sharon Kovacs is going to perform with Kovacs band in Odesa for the first time. Their debut album “Shades Of Black” was included to the charts of 36 countries, got to the top of hit parade in Sharon`s homeland – the Netherlands, and was in the top 10 in Germany. The band became the headliner of many European festivals and even made a tour together with famous Robbie Williams. Robbie said that the deep dramatic voice of Sharon Kovacs can be compared to such stars as Billie Holiday, Amy Winehouse and Beth Gibbons (Portishead).

What to do in Odessa on October evening? Listen to sensual sound of violin! Damien Escobar is the famous modern American violinist, the owner of two Grammie awards. On his Odesa show, Damien will present his signature compositions along with the unique versions of the well-known super hits of Adele, Alicia Keys, Whitney Houston and Justin Timberlake. The violinist works in “crossover violin” genre, uniting classic, jazz, pop, R&B and even hip-hop.

KEN HENSLEY
Ken Hensley is a founder of the eminent URIAH HEEP and the author of the best songs of this outstanding rock band. The program of the concert in Odesa includes the favorite solo compositions and the immortal hits of URIAH HEEP written by Ken Hensley (Free Мe, Lady In Black, July Morning, The Wizzard, Wise Man, Rain). “Rare & Timeless” album, that is going to be presented by Ken in Odesa, is a new anthology consisting of the new songs along with the updated versions of the good old melodies. The guests of the concert will not just enjoy a great rock show, but will also have a chance to communicate with the talented artist.

MARK GROSS QUARTET
The altoist Mark Gross is widely known to the jazz community as a master of hard bop and jazz tradition. After graduating from Berklee College of Music, the young Mark was noticed by the authorities of American jazz scene such as Lionel Hampton, Nat Adderley and Dave Holland. Mark Gross has twice become an awardee of Grammie as a member of Dave Holland Big Band jazz orchestra. On his Odesa show, the musician will present the program dedicated to the legendary Duke Ellington.

PTAKH_JUNG
Ptakh_Jung performance is one of the most interesting events of Odessa nightlife this October. Ptakh_Jung is Kyiv-based joint project of composer and key player Anton Degtiariov (Ptakh) and guitarist Volodymyr Babushkin (Jung), founded in 2016. The artists unite modern classic with post rock, ambient, noise, grunge and electronic music. Each song of Ptakh_Jung project is a whole story with deep drama, symphonic notes and cinema flavor. The musicians call their compositions “the soundtracks to non-existing movies”.

KAZKA
KAZKA, one of the young and promising Ukrainian bands, creates melodies in the style of experimental pop with electronic folk elements. After great success of their first album “Karma” on the Internet, the trio presented their creation live on Kyiv scene. The concert had very positive reviews, so the musicians decided to go on a Ukraine-wide tour in fall 2018. “Karma” album includes 10 lyric personal stories accompanied by ethno motifs and folk vocal – a true gift for any fan of the modern Ukrainian music scene.
