The annual business forum Level Up Ukraine 2020 will be held on February 21 at the CEC Parkovy. The event will bring together reputable speakers, representatives of government, business and large business communities in Kyiv for the fourth time to contribute substantially and work together towards conditions for cooperation based on win-win principles.

 The main theme of the Forum in 2020 is the principles of creating more. Level UP Ukraine acts as a platform for the development of the ecosystem, where authorities, business and society are developing conditions that lead to real actions in Ukraine. Participants draw up agreements and create common matching projects, where everyone joins a new model of interaction on mutually beneficial conditions.

To achieve these goals, the Forum provides speakers with expertise on global and local trends, increasing the academic background of participants and performing an educational function. The Forum also provides participants with an independent negotiating table, where key players and representatives of the citizens’ interests develop effective mechanisms and tools for the development of the state.

Foreign investors from foundations to international financial institutions identify key areas of investment, and the Ukrainian side has the opportunity to come up with decisions according to investors' requests.

Who will share their principles of creating more:

  • Thomas Bjorkman - Financier, social entrepreneur, Founder of Ekskäret Foundation;
  • Ingo Friedrich - Vice President of the European Parliament (2004-2007), President of the European Economic Senate;
  • Givi Topchishvili - President of 9.8 Group;
  • Grigol Katamadze - President of the Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary;
  • Vladislav Krikliy - Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine.

International investors from Georgia, the USA and the EU will participate in the Forum as well.

On February 21, decision makers will gather to understand why the associations will unite, which sector of the economy is the most attractive for investment and how education affects the creation of ecosystems in the country.

The organizers of the Forum are Una Partners and the Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine. The mind behind the Forum is Natalya Ulyanova, an expert in tax and corporate planning, banking, financial services and private capital management. The permanent co-organizer of the Forum is Grigol Katamadze - President of the Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine.

“4 years ago, in 2016, we presented the draft Liberal Tax Code right here”, said Grigol Katamadze. “And it was at Ukraine Level Up, where we began to agree among ourselves to solve problems that Ukrainian business faces today. It was this platform that made it possible to subsequently adopt many legislative acts that are very necessary for the development of the Ukrainian economy”.

The largest industrial holding in Georgia has become the Forum’s general partner – Georgian Industrial Group. The initiative has also been supported by the leaders of the Ukrainian market: pharmaceutical companies Indar, Farmak and BCPP and the international IT company Powercode.
