For the 9th year in a row, Odesa International Film Festival brought Ukrainian and foreign filmmakers to screenings of film premieres. On the final day of the festival, AmCham Ukraine, jointly with Chamber Member Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm, gathered the business community for a cocktail party to both network and discuss films featured at the festival.
The words of renowned filmmaker Martin Scorsese were aptly applied to the nature of them event – “Now more than ever we need to talk to each other, to listen to each other and understand how we see the world, and cinema is the best medium for doing this.”
Guests enjoyed wine and networking with fellow Chamber members. They also had an amazing opportunity to take memorable “cinema” photos and glamorous pictures with “real” world-famous actors and actresses such as George Clooney, Ryan Reynolds, Sandra Bullock, and Charlize Theron.
