Mr. Henriksen joined The Rezidor Hotel Group in April 1997 as a Sales Director at the Radisson SAS Hotel in Abu Dhabi, later he continued to work in the sales department at the Radisson SAS Hotel in Nice, France, and in 1999 headed the sales department in Southern France. He held this position until his transfer to Executive Assistant Manager at the Radisson SAS Montfleury Hotel in Cannes. In 2002, he was appointed General Manager of the Radisson SAS Park Lane Hotel in Antwerp, Belgium. Two years later, Jasper became General Manager at the Radisson SAS Royal Hotel in Brussels (Belgium), and in December 2006 he became General Manager at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Disneyland and moved to Paris. In August 2009, Mr. Henriksen opened the Radisson Blu Gautrain Hotel in Sandton Johannesburg and held this position until his transfer to the position of General Manager of the Radisson Royal Hotel in Moscow, after which he also headed hotels in St. Petersburg and Beijing (Radisson Blu Hotel Beijing).
