Mercedes Benz Kiev Fashion Days Fall/Winter 2017/2018

The 14th season of Mercedes-Benz Kyiv Fashion Days international fashion week takes place in Kyiv from February 1st till February 5th, 2017. The season of Fall/Winter 2017-18 is dedicated to the innovative digital technologies in the field of fashion and will host many fashion-themed events that will unite a great number of Ukrainian and international experts in the sphere of fashion business. «Destinations» narrows down the list of key events of the Mercedes Benz Kyiv Fashion Days Fall/Winter 2017/2018.

This time MBKFD will gather over 30 international guests who are well known fashion experts, professionals and influencers: Liana Satenstein (Vogue US), Anna Gradil (YouTube), Alexey Ametov (Look At Me), Dvora Shomer (Vogue UK), Acielle StyleDuMonde (Vogue.com), Martyn Roberts (Fashion Scout) and Alessandro Calugi (Missardi Fashion Factory) are among them.
The main catwalk of the UFW will present collections by Anna K, Anna October, FLOW The Label, Litkovskaya, V by Gres, Alonova, Navro, Rotsaniyom (Thailand), Elena Rial (Spain), Elena Burba, Katerina Kvit & T.Mosca, WeAnnaBe, Jiri Kalfar (Czech Republic), Helena Art.

Samsung Fashion Scout Kyiv project aims at discovering and supporting young talented designers from Ukraine and other countries by giving them the platform for showcasing their latest fashion creations. In 2017 Samsung Fashion Scout platform will present collections by Ludmila Corlateanu (RO), Anna Reine, TAMAR, NAT Atelie, Sofitie, Nastasia KLIMT, Who is it?, Naya Rea (UK), Triinu Pungits, August, Kristel Kuslapuu, KÄT (Estonian designers group show by Fashionavant), Negliges, Agne Kuzmickaite (LT), L’osier, Tatman, Julia Gurskaja, TDNK by Irina Tydnyuk, YVAILO (UK), Gibsh, Monstra, PURE. All collections will be available for viewing at the ground floor of «Parkovy» KVC from February 1st till February 5th, 2017.

Fashion Days Market is a traditional part of MBKFD and is a pop-up fair of young Ukrainian brands and designers. Dariya Shapoval, the founder and creative director of MBKFD, is taking this fashion happening to a whole new level with fashion world experts discussing key trends and tendencies in the contemporary world of couture at the Kyiv Business Fashion Forum. High attention will be paid to the role of social media in the process of promoting and advertising new brands and fashion designers on international arena. MBKFD will impress all the guests with the highest level of organization of catwalks and business events, it will also reveal some new names of young and talented designers.
Some of the most anticipated parties of winter season will be taking place after MBKFD catwalk shows. Parties by Chakshyn, Osobnyak, Dafna May and Gasanova are among the most awaited events.
