The main stores, boutiques and shopping streets of the city will traditionally take part in a festival: Sanahunt Luxury Department Store, Helen Marlen, Asthik, "Mandarin" and "Ocean Plaza" shopping centers. Kyiv TSUM Department Store will be a new stop on the fashionable route.
On the Fashion's Night Out, all participating stores will please the visitors with limited collections, sales, champagne, prize draw and other surprises. Besides, those interested will be able to buy brand T-shirts and souvenirs from the Ukrainian Vogue. A special prize for the most active shoppers at FNO 2017 is a Vogue Box created in cooperation with the best cosmetics and fashion brands.

A face of the FNO 2017 festival's ad campaign is Ukrainian model, photographer and it-girl Kate Underwood. Mercedez-Benz is a primary sponsor of the event, and MasterCard is its payment partner. The first shopping festival FNO was held in New York City. In the midst of the world financial crisis, Anna Wintour, editor-in-chief of the American Vogue, offered designers and boutiques to throw a "Fashion Night", when all the stores work until midnight, providing presents and entertainment to the visitors, thus attracting customers' money and attention to the American fashion industry.
The festival is held yearly in 10 countries and 17 cities all over the world. In 2017, the Fashion's Night Out has already been held by Tokyo, Milano, Mexico, Taipei, Moscow, Berlin, Dusseldorf, Melbourne, Sidney and Madrid.
