Rive Gauche

Rive Gauche is a unique shopping and entertainment complex constructed by Immochan Ukraine company on the left bank of Kyiv in densely populated Poznyaky district. The opening of this shopping mall, previously announced for 2017, is now scheduled for February 2018. It will be the first phase of the mall opening, while the second phase is expected to happen in 2019. Hypermarket Auchan with territory of 15 000 sq. m will be the anchor tenant of the mall and the biggest object of Auchan network in Ukraine. Immochan Ukraine has already announced the main tenants of Rive Gauche mall first phase. The list includes LC Waikiki Turkish clothes brand (over 700 sq. m); Eldorado electronics hypermarket in new format (800 sq. m); Chudo Ostriv network shop of items for children (400 sq. m); world-famous KFC fast food restaurant with 24/7 drive service (130 sq. m). Agreements with few more restaurants will be signed in the nearest time.

Retail Park Petrivka

In August 2016, Immochan Ukraine company announced its intention to build the first shopping mall in the format of retail park in Ukraine. The concept of retail park presupposes arrangement of significant areas for large shops with separate entrances. The opening of Retail Park Petrivka had been announced for the end of 2017, but then it was rescheduled for the first quarter of 2018. Immochan Ukraine informs that construction works are currently coming to an end. The anchor tenants list of Retail Park Petrivka contains such brand names as JYSK, LC Waikiki, ARGO, “Dytyach Planeta” kids` amusement park, ZooLand pet products network and COMFY electronics shop. The retail park will also present sports goods hypermarket in the format that is completely new for Ukraine.

Smart Plaza Polytech

The opening of Smart Plaza Polytech mall, which is currently being constructed near similarly-named business class residential complex, was announced for August 2017, but the construction works slowed down and launching of the object was rescheduled for the beginning of 2018. Silpo supermarket, embracing 2600 sq. m on the first floor of Smart Plaza Polytech, will be the anchor tenant of the mall. Two-level restaurant of KFC international network will be also located over there. The shops of Spanish Inditex group – Pull&Bear and Bershka – will become key fashion points of the shopping mall. Pull&Bear shop will occupy 800 sq. m, while Bershka will embrace 600 sq. m. Smart Plaza Polytech is located only few minutes away from Polytechnic Institute subway station, having a good connection with the central parts of Kyiv such as Khreschatyk street and Bessarabsky market, as well as with Central Railway Station.

Smart Plaza Obolon

The second object of Smart Plaza series, three-level Smart Plaza Obolon complex, is going to open its doors in the third quarter of 2018. The construction works on the object are supposed to be completed in August. Currently, it is reported that occupancy rate of the complex according to signed agreements is around 60%. The whole area of Smart Plaza Obolon is 16 000 sq. m, 12 000 of which will be taken by tenants. It is already announced that Silpo supermarket with 3200 sq. m area will be the key tenant of the complex. Apart from food supermarket, shopping mall will include around 50 different shops selling clothes, shoes, accessories, perfumes, electronics. Several restaurants will be located there as well.

Good Life

In the end of 2017, it was announced that construction works on the object are in final stage, and opening of Good Life shopping mall in Kyiv is scheduled for March 2018. The total area of shopping mall is 10 000 sq. m, including 7500 sq. m for tenants. It is already known that Novus premium supermarket and elite restaurants occupying around 40% of area will become the key tenants of Good Life mall. Good Life will offer restaurants with a view and cozy terraces, which is supposed to increase competitive positions of the mall and to attract numerous clients. Many fashion stores selling stylish clothes and shoes will be also located there. According to specialists` calculations, attendance rate of Good Life shopping mall will reach 15 000 people in a day.

Respublika

The launching of Respublika, the biggest shopping and entertainment center in Ukraine, is supposed to take place in 2018. Construction of the complex, located in Golosiyevsky district of Ukrainian capital, started in 2012. The construction was frozen for some time, but currently it is in progress again. It will be needed approximately six more months to finish all works. The area of Respublika mall, embracing 135 000 sq. m, will include tens of shopping and entertainment locations. Here guests will find more than 450 shops of different price ranges; gallery with shops for kids; household products department; food hypermarket; large sports shop and many other. Along with wide assortment of goods, the mall will offer numerous opportunities for entertainment and spending leisure time. For example, you may visit an amusement park with territory over 22 000 sq. m, go to cinema or to one of numerous restaurants.
