D + Communicative Group has tried to search for the best Ukrainian local products trying to create a special gastronomic affair with the help of the best Kyiv chefs, who are adepts of cooking Italian, French, Asian dishes.
The creative chefs are:
- Victor Tymchyshyn ("Black Market" chain of restaurants, "Praha", Montecchi v Capuleti, "Marlin" Kyiv)
- Andrey Kucheriavy ("Syndicate taste" chain of restaurants, Kharkiv, Kyiv)

The main focus of Ukrainian Summer Special Degustation is the development of modern Ukrainian taste, new and classic wines in combination with creative chefs’ cuisine. Inspired by the new Ukrainian wines, chefs will cook special dishes which fit the wines in the best possible way.
The event aims to increase the loyalty of HoReCa to the Ukrainian wine, to draw attention to the local products and to update the theme of Ukrainian cuisine, presenting its modern interpretation. This is a brilliant newsworthy to report the mass consumers about modern Ukrainian wines and good changes in the Ukrainian gastronomic culture.

Ukrainian Summer Special Degustation will have B2B format (workshop) with the participation of Ukrainian winemaking leaders, HoReCa professionals and mass-media. At the same time it is a gastronomic buffet, where the chefs will present the dishes as an accompaniment to the wines. In addition, you can taste wines with Ukrainian oysters, frog legs, escargot and snail caviar.
The event invites HoReCa top managers, the biggest trading networks, leading Ukrainian sommeliers and journalists.
