The charismatic participant of Master Chef culinary reality-show Evgeniy Klopotenko has picked a group of students from the local culinary collage for his alternative culinary course. The course consisted of 50 hours of theoretical classes and 50 hours of actual cooking classes. During the course Evgeniy Klopotenko and his students visited cheese farm, numerous food markets and confectionery production. The specially invited guests –artists - revealed all the secrets of color-presentation of the dishes.

At the end of the course Evgeniy picked 7 best students and now this culinary super-team is ready to present a totally new to Kyiv concept of a pop-up restaurant. The restaurant will be functioning only for a single day. During this day Evgeniy’s apprentices under his strict guidance will try to awe capital’s foodies with extraordinary dishes.

This, in a way, will be a graduation exam for Kolopotenko’s students. A very tough exam, as the Chef says, as their culinary creations will be graded by actual consumers, who sometimes are the toughest audience to please.

The Pop-Up Restaurant by Evgeniy Klopotenko and his students will offer a set menu consisting of 5 secret dishes and cocktails that will go perfectly well with the food. The event will also feature live jazz music. The Pop-Up Restaurant will take place on May 27th, 2017 at Kachorovska Store&Cafe (35A, Borychiv Tik street, Kyiv). The price for the set menu is UAH 420.
