Buterbrod v stakane (Sandwich in a Glass)

Sandwiches without any bread? Why not? The new Sandwich in a Glass restaurant in Kyiv offers an interesting take on such classic fast-food dish as a sandwich. If you are trying to minimize the amount of crabs in your daily meal plan and increase all the healthy food consumption, this place might be a good option for your healthy lunch or dinner. The menu offers fresh salads, soups, stews and porridges.
The restaurant serves some healthy breads, however, like pita bread or wholegrain black bread. Guests can order pita with various stuffings such as hummus, tofu cheese, vegetables, bell pepper etc.
The desserts’ menu will pleasantly surprise vegan food enthusiasts.

Regenschirm

This is the reincarnation of the popular bar Parasolka (umbrella in Ukrainian), which was closed down by local authorities last fall. The bar was re-opened in the same area, on Podil, the name of the bar also remained the same, however, the owners opted for a German version of the word «Umbrella». The concept didn’t change a bit. Regenschirm is a place to enjoy drinks, vibrant beats and good company of fellow party enthusiasts. The drinks’ menu consists of 15 cocktails and a list of strong spirit by the best intentional brands.

Three Ounces

This bar has been recently opened on Yaroslaviv Val on the place of XOXO Bar. Three Ounces operated only three nights a week (on Thursday, Friday and Saturday) from 7 PM. Thursday is a live music night and on Fridays and Saturdays the guests are entertained by DJ sets. The bar specializes in strong drinks. The signature cocktails are sours, which vary from light and fresh to super dry.

Yummy Mummy

Yummy Mummy was opened at the end of April on Velyka Zhytomyrska street right next to Lvivska Square. The place has a contact bar concept, which means that all the guests are served by the bartender at the bar and not by the waiting staff. The cocktail menu offers a great selection of popular drinks. Yummy Mummy also serves European cuisine food and many vegetarian dishes.
On weekends breakfasts are served till 4 PM.

I:T it is a new bistro near Maydan Nezalezhnosti. This is a perfect option for a quick bite and a glass of beer or cider. The menu is rather laconic and consists of 5 main dishes: 4 kinds of burgers and french-fries. There is also soup of the day and main dish of the day. Their signature burger is a Turkish balik ekmek burger, which is a fish burger served with ayoli sauce and french-fries.
