Mr. Fisher: I always search for places with delicious food and cozy atmosphere.
If we talk about Italian cuisine, I would recommend Vino e Cucina and Pantagruel.

Mr. Fisher: It is a beautiful place with delicious food and amazing wine menu.
Destinations' review: The large two-story building hosts three independent and at the same time interconnected rooms that have their atmosphere: enoteca, cozy home-style pizzeria and a refined Italian restaurant. Vino e Cucina’s enoteca counts more than 800 wines, including 100 kinds of sparkling wines and 50 types of grappa. Italian wines make up 80% of the collection and the remaining 20% come from France, Spain and countries of the New World.

Mr. Fisher: The food there is always delicious.
Destinations' review: Pantagruel osteria is a popular place for dining and drinking. In front of this place there is a monument dedicated to the cat named Panteleimon or just Pontusha that used to live in the restaurant and died during fire that occurred there some years ago.

Georgian cuisine is really something you should taste. There are so many new places these days. Chachapuri and Shoti are my favorites for different reasons.
Chachapuri

Destinations' review: Chef will take care not only about the authenticity of the dishes, but also about their accompaniment – good wine. It is a place where you generally will not have to worry about anything, just get relaxed and enjoy the food. Here they cook both unique and classic dishes that embody the spirit of modern and traditional Georgian cuisine.

Shoti

Destinations' review: "Shoti" is the name of traditional home-made bread in the shape of boat which is baked in the “ton” - Georgian oven. Such oven is located in the middle of one hall of the restaurant where the bread is baked and served hot to visitors. The menu is quite large and makes seven pages. Grilled cheese with home adjika sauce, Kakheti oyster braised with tarragon, and dolma (vine leaves stuffed with beef and rice) are among hot appetizers. You can order an alcohol-free red basil lemonade, tarragon and homemade compote. For a dinner it is possible to order a bottle of original Georgian wine. Only Saperavi wine is served by glasses.
