KOTOfest is a multy-genre contemporary art festival which offers interesting series of events, exhibitions and performances. Those interested in music, cinema, photography, design, theatre, fashion, digital- and art-media will have a chance to spend an exciting and dynamic weekend in Odessa.
KOTOfest will be hosted by Cats’ Flat promotional-group, hence the name of the festival, the initiative of progressive art-conscious people who aim to present art in its different forms to locals and guests of Odessa. The symbol of the festival, as you may have already guessed, is a cat. Cats love freedom, have their own delicate philosophy and are simply super cute; they are often associated with everything warm, cozy and pleasant, just the kind of the atmosphere the hosts of the festival are aiming at.

In 2016 KOTOfest will gather over 100 participants from all over Ukraine, as well as Germany and Russia. Ukrainian band Fleur and German Kyra Garey & band will be headlining the musical part of the festival. KOTOfest will also feature contact improvisation performances offered by Shantambala, mini performances of TOUR DE FORCE and Rama la Tor, as well as literature readings of Ukrainian and Russian poets.

The motto of the KOTOfest in 2016 is «Embrace your dreams» reminding everybody how important dreams are in our lives. Spend the first weekend of August in a dreamy and friendly atmosphere of KOTOfest festival in Odessa.
