‘44 Tart Flambe and Bar’ makes the most of its unusual space: there are two moodily under lit underground rooms (one seriously tiny) at a V-shaped angle to each other, with a small bar at one end. The abundance of lovely dark wood and the low lighting gives a total visual effect that’s not just soothing but subtly seductive. There are a few seats at the bar, but mostly all seats are located along massive wooden table stretching from the bar through the whole room. All the drinks are delivered to you with a smile and enthusiasm.

The soundtrack is American cocktail-lounge material, mostly mainstream jazz vocalists and a little bit of relaxed Latin beats. The prices for cocktails are about UAH 100 – 150. It is a bit pricy for Lviv standards, but all of the drinks are exceptionally well mixed.
